Inch & Co. is pleased to introduce Mike Maxwell as their Fund Manager, gaining capital throughout the country.

Mike brings more than seven years of multi-family brokerage experience in representing and advising institutional, private client and middle-market investors in the greater Mid-Atlantic region with a total transaction volume that exceeds $1 Billion. 

Prior to Joining Inch & Co., Mike worked for Newmark and Marcus & Millichap where he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of multi-family apartment communities and industrial spaces throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region and the East Coast.

Mike holds and B.A. in Finance from Albright College. In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling, golf, coaching lacrosse, back country snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.
