YORK, PA (March 1, 2023) – Inch & Co. Property Management LLC. is excited to announce they have moved our business to a new location in downtown York, PA.  

In partnership with the York County Economic Alliance, Inch & Co. Property Management LLC. celebrated their move to downtown York City with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on February 22, 2023. Inch & Co. Property Management LLC. is now located at 282 W. Market Street, York, PA. In the last year, their team has grown exponentially with the addition of six new employees, 37 HOA Communities and over 1,400 Rental Units. This new location offers plenty of space for continued business expansion and is easily accessible for many residents.   

“We are excited to be in a central downtown location where we can build a relationship with the surrounding community and be a part of the revitalization of downtown York. This new location will expand the Inch & Co. brand awareness throughout York City and beyond,” said Heather Saylor, Inch & Co. Property Management LLC. President.  

Following the Ribbon Cutting, Inch & Co. Property Management LLC. presented a check to The City of York Parks and Recreation in the amount of $5,000 to help meet the recreational needs of York City residents. Diaz Woodard, Recreation Program Specialist, accepted the check on behalf of the City of York.   

Future endeavors for Inch & Co. Property Management LLC. include the forthcoming purchase of 280 W. Market Street, with plans to offer five residential units and one commercial space to the community. Along with brand new communities currently being built throughout Central Pennsylvania that will be ready to leave this summer.
