Inch & Co. Gives Back

We take great pride in actively contributing to our community in every possible way. Firmly rooted in the belief that individual actions spark change, we understand that improvement begins with taking the initiative. By engaging in volunteer work and making meaningful donations, our goal is to reciprocate the support our community has generously provided to us.

Viscosa Family Home Reno

Inch & Co. was honored to have gotten the chance to help a local woman renovate and sell her home after an unfortunate incident occurred involving her family. We were able to renovated the home, replacing the flooring, countertops, and repainting the interior. Our real estate team was able to sell the house shortly after the renovations were completed. We are incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to use our skills and platform to positively impact our community.

Tye’s House

Tye Frey, Hardscape Foreman for Inch & Co., has been with the company for 20 years. As a thank you for all of his hard work, dedication, and loyalty, Jeff & Johnny decided to do something special as a way to give back to one of their longest standing employees.

400 Toys for the Holidays

This year we had the opportunity to give back to our local community by volunteering at the 4th Annual 400 for the Holidays at the Voni Grimes Gym in York, PA. We worked together with other local businesses and volunteers to give out over 400 toys, cheesesteaks, goodies and more. We are honored to gift those in need a Christmas to remember.

Earth Day Clean Up

Volunteers across all Inch & Co. divisions came together to help clean up and mulch Mount Wolf Community Park just in time for Earth Day.

400 for the Holidays

During the Annual “400 for the Holidays” at Voni Grimes Gym, we worked together with other local businesses and volunteers to give out over 400 toys, cheesesteaks, goodies, and more. Thank you to Erik Latcha for organizing this event and everyone else involved in making it a huge success.

West York Greenhouses

Inch & Co. is honored to have the opportunity to help provide greenhouses to the students at Trimmer Elementary School. The students at Trimmer are learning all about gardening and they’re so proud of the growth they’ve seen in their plants already.

Pinwheels for Prevention

Our team gathered outside of Elmwood Mansion to help put out pinwheels around the property in honor of Pinwheels for Prevention Month. Each pinwheel represents childlike whimsy and lightheartedness and a vision for a world where all children grow up happy, healthy and prepared to succeed in supportive families and communities.

Tunnels 2 Towers

Our agent, Allison Altman, is giving back in a big way this year. After coming to us with the idea for our First Responders & Military Program, she started her own initiative to raise money for, a cause that is near and dear to her heart. At the beginning of the year, Allison set a goal to personally donate $300 of every transaction to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation with a goal to donate $10,000 by the end of this year.

Blood Drive

Our Real Estate division hosted its first Blood Drive at Box Hill Mansion. Over 40 friends and family members showed up to donate. This was such an amazing way to give back and make a difference in our world.

Real Estate Golf Outing

Our Real Estate team hosted their Inaugural Golf Tournament in memory of Gerrylynn Geyer. Gerrylynn’s kind heart and selfless contributions have touched the lives of countless individuals and we were grateful to honor her legacy. Together we were able to raise awareness and over $3k for the American Cancer Society in her name.

Van Donation

We were able to donate funds to help purchase a new van for an orphanage in India that desperately needed transportation to take the children to and from school and to receive any medical attention they might need. Their current van was breaking down and the children were suffering as a result. Thank you, Church of the Open Door and Dale Marshfield, for making this donation possible.
