Standard & Premium Landscape Maintenance Programs
STANDARD PACKAGE: 3 Visits (Spring, Summer, Fall)
PREMIUM PACKAGE: 1x Per Month, 2x Per Month, or Weekly
PRUNE
Pruning service follows seasonal influences, specific plant growth characteristics and the frequency of your program selection. Proper horticultural procedures for your shrubs & small trees are adhered to wherever possible to ensure healthy growth and flowering including hand pruning and/or shearing as appropriate.
PERENNIALS & ORNAMENTAL GRASSES
Perennials and Ornamental Grasses need some basic care to ensure healthy growth including the removal of ‘spent’ foliage from the previous season(s). Dividing, benching, and deadheading are available in the Premium services.
MULCH
Mulch service occurs when you and your landscape need it most, early Spring, before important gatherings or for the Fall & Winter Holiday seasons (once per year). Includes professional edging, premium grade mulches and appropriate depth for new or existing plantings.
WEED CONTROL
Manage undesirable vegetation by hand, spot treatment and/or prevention as dictated by your program selection (3x per year, monthly, or twice monthly).
DEADWOOD REMOVAL
Keep your plants appearance at their best with the removal of obvious deadwood from shrubs and small trees.
LEAF & DEBRIS REMOVAL
Perform prior to mulching, with the onset of Autumn or as needed (per your program selection). Keep your property tidy with the removal of new accumulations, general site clean up for mulch beds and window wells.
Premium Program Add-Ons
COMPREHENSIVE PLANT CARE
Evaluate plantings for physiological and environmental stresses each visit. Pest insects and diseases, water stress, other horticultural & grading issues will be reported. Minor problems will be resolved. Necessary additional services/treatments to be determined.
EXCESS SOIL & MULCH CORRECTION
Resolve problems from previous improper planting, bed maintenance or excess mulch build up near plants.
LANDSCAPE LIGHTING MAINTENANCE
Check low voltage systems, trouble-shoot, repair minor problems, and report. Replacement bulbs & fixtures, lighting system expansion, re-organization or simplification available.
ADDITIONAL LEAF REMOVAL
Coordinate with lawn care service to include mulch beds and paved surfaces.
WINTER PREPARATION & SPECIAL EVENT CARE
Flowerpot and garden hose care. Patio furniture, statuary, etc. cleaning and storage available.
